Conference Refund Policy

• Full refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received at least 14 days prior to the start of the event.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event start date.

Transfer Policy

• If you are unable to attend and the refund deadline has passed, you may transfer your registration to another individual.
• To initiate a transfer, please contact the event organizer with the full name and contact information of the person who will be attending in your place.
• All transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event begins.
