The NEGAP Board invites you to join us for a one-day workshop that will focus on diversity, equity, inclusion and inclusive excellence in enrollment management. Lawrence Alexander II, DEI and Inclusive Excellence facilitator, will provide attendees with space to explore ways for our profession to create deep equity, access, and belonging for students and employees. Specifically, the focus will be on student recruitment, yield, and inclusive hiring. You will leave the workshop with real-time action items to take back to your academic institutions!

About the Facilitator
Lawrence Alexander II has dedicated his career to access, inclusion, and belonging in schools. Alexander has deep experience in inclusive hiring, having led more than 30 retained searches and advised more than 50 organizations on inclusive hiring practices.
Alexander spent a decade as a Director of College Counseling in public and independent schools before moving into DEIB work in schools and then as a consultant. Over the last three years, Alexander has set the gold standard in retained search and in DEIB consulting for associations, boards, school leaders, and for college admissions teams.
Alexander's portfolio extends beyond the education space. Alexander has worked with a number of corporate partners as well including:

Alexander currently resides in South Dartmouth, MA and is the proud father of six children.
